1. Acceptance

By using SmartRestora, you agree to these terms. If using on behalf of a business, you represent authority to bind that business.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in BDT. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Free plan is available indefinitely.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your restaurant data. You can export your data at any time. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Enterprise customers receive a financially-backed SLA. We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
